I love teaching the amazing method of Pilates and run my own classes in North London and Barnet areas.
These classes run in 6 week blocks and are payable in full in advance.

My classes are either All levels or Intermediate as shown for each venue.

My style of teaching is very much influenced by my dance background. I love to use flow in my classes whether it be using choreographed sequences, linking a series of exercises together to create fluidity of movement or using appropriate music to suit the content of my class. I also often incorporate the use of small equipment to add challenge, fun and variety to class.

    Pilates is essentially about re-educating your body, undoing the damage that years of stress and immobility inflict. By repeatedly holding certain corrective positions, our musculature starts to retain a memory of how they feel, and in time will actually adopt them automatically – without us having to think about them.
