Particular personal data is needed and collected by Joanna Fernandes at the time of booking. This is for your health and safety at Pilates as well as for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria. 

Health information is also collected in order to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.

All information gathered by Joanna Fernandes electronically and on paper is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party without your prior consent. Otherwise, it is kept securely, password protected online, and paper forms are stored in a locked cabinet by Joanna Fernandes and only viewed by her and the teacher of the class or service which you have booked. This information will be kept by Joanna Fernandes for 7 years after your last session with her which is the time stipulated by the insurance company. 

You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by contacting Joanna Fernandes directly.

When registering with Joanna Fernandes, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Joanna Fernandes to inform you of class changes, service updates and information directly relating to the service you have booked.

Direct marketing emails informing you of new, future or alternative services Joanna Fernandes is providing are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy at www.mailchimp.com). When you purchase a service from Joanna Fernandes you will be invited to join the MailChimp email list. Your subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time.

Emergency Contact Information

Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Joanna Fernandes or another Instructor need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only reason why that information would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
