Event Programme

HIIT with Nicola

This high intensity interval training session will give you a full body workout - 100% effort is given to each exercise for intense bursts, followed by short active recovery periods. You will raise your heart rate and keep it up, therefore burning more fat in less time.

Full Body Pilates with Louisa 

Louisa is looking forward to giving you a full body Pilates workout. Her class will leave you feeling stretched, strong and ready for the day!
Family Fitness with Chris and Karen 
Join team Fit School for family fitness fun. The first 30 minutes will be with Top UK Trainer and Athletics Coach Chris. Develop confidence and fitness for any sport whilst having fun. Then join Karen for a Pilates class with a difference for kids and grown-ups who aren’t too grown up to be playful. Bring a cuddly toy.

Zumba with Tashita 

You will love this dynamic, fun and easy to follow dance class. Come and enjoy the Latin vibes as you shake your body and circle your hips at this perfect cardio party!

The Pilates Repertoire Revisited with Tali

A fresh look and execution of some of our most loved Pilates moves. Enjoy the physical and mental new approach class which will leave you energised, strong and coming back for more. Ideal for regular Pilates participants who want to learn more about the classic moves. No equipment necessary, only you, the mat, your body and gravity!
Balance & Flow with Kasia
A Tai Chi warm up to start, then a combination of soft Yoga and Pilates movements and complete with a relaxing Meditation to finish.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with Indira 

You will begin with a flowing sequence to generate heat in the body, followed by held poses and ending with relaxation. Suitable for all levels with modifications offered.

Pilates & Barre with Kate 

Join Kate for a fun, playful, fluid, flowing Pilates class which moves in and out of Barre work.  Kate will keep you in continuous movement working seamlessly through the body, developing ‘your’ suppleness, natural grace and Pilates skills. 
AB Fab Fusion with Juliet
Join Juliet on the mat for a low impact, slow burn of abdominal sequences to strengthen and tone. With the principles of Pilates in the background, Juliet will be pushing the boundaries and challenging you to get those abs on fire. This session will end with a deep stretch and recovery.

Pilates with a Chair with Jo  

The chair is a great piece of equipment for us to use in our Pilates practice. Discover how many well known moves we can execute with it - in seated, standing and lying down variations and adding a completely different challenge to your workout. (You will need an upright chair without arms that can support your weight).

Yoga Rave with Shelley

Come and move your body to the degree that works for you. Stretch, align and dance off some of the stresses and strains that build up when we are taking ourselves way too seriously! Just show up, have some fun and definitely feel better afterwards. A sense of humour is advised!

Mindfulness & Meditation with Yvonne  

Learn about the benefits of meditation, mindfulness and visualisation in this informative session and enjoy a relaxing meditation to finish.
Restorative Yoga with Jackie 
A lovely end to the day with this calming practice designed to take your body into deep relaxation allowing props to completely support you. Please grab cushions, belts, blankets and eye masks.

S & M for Strength with Joe & Jo

S for Stretch & M for Mobility! This class utilises regular daily exercises in a way that encourages the efficient use of movement to maximise trunk stability, therefore achieving the best use of muscle. Joe & Jo will give you a great start to your Sunday morning and set you up for the rest of the day!

The Towel (Small Yet Mighty!) with Joanne 

Get ready to use this deceptively simple household item to really add some spice to your Pilates workout! You will need a small hand towel for this class.
Cardio Funk with Eileen
Come and join Eileen in her fun cardio and conditioning session – shake your hips with lots of Mambo, cha cha cha, twists and turns and then finishing with conditioning and abdominal work.

Pilates All Levels with Mary 

Mary teaches a mix of classical and contemporary mat work Pilates, with particular attention to back strength and postural alignment. All abilities are welcome to join this class.

Feel Good Flow Yoga with Cobi

Be guided through a rejuvenating and relaxing combination of physical poses, creative and mindful movements, breath work and relaxation.
Zumba with Pedro 
Come and dance with Pedro in his high energy party atmosphere Zumba class. You will really get your heart rate up and work hard without even realising it, you’ll be having so much fun!

Body Weight Circuits with Andrew 

A fun and enjoyable workout using exercises that target different muscle groups with minimal rest, incorporating body conditioning, endurance training and resistance work to help achieve your fitness goals.

Metabolic Blend with Karen 

Designed to fire up your metabolism, this 30 minute class is split into 3 sections incorporating HIIT, Tone and Stretch. There is no equipment needed other than some light hand weights (optional), a sturdy chair for the Tone section and a mat for the Relax section. 
Meno Maze Max with Karen 
This 30 minute class is designed to maximise benefits of heart, bone and pelvic health incorporating fundamental exercises for any woman that is 35+ to help her thrive through peri to post menopause. You will need some free weights (or bottles of water or tins of beans!) and a mat. You will be working to get the heart rate up, lifting weights for optimal bone health and performing breathing exercises for all important inner health.  

Shaolin Quanshu Kung Fu with Adrian 

Starting off with a warm up set of mobility, heart raising and stretching movements. We will then focus on some basic punching, kicking, blocking and evading, progressing that into combinations and finishing off with some internal breathing, relaxation and stretching. All ages are welcome for this great Martial Arts workout!

Epik-Bollypump with Emiko 

A spicy and entertaining dance workout to popular Bollywood tunes with a twist, combining a mixture of choreography with Zumba style fitness. You will learn the foundation steps of different Indian styles so you can leave with key moves as well as feeling rejuvenated!
Progressive Pilates with Donna 
In this class, you will work from the Basic Pilates moves, layering on progressions and therefore increasing the challenge. 

Yoga Nidra with Jackie 

Gentle evening stretch followed by Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and Metta (a Loving kindness Meditation) to round up the weekend. You will need a cushion and blanket.
